2023-24 Schedule - Cardus NextGen

2023/24 nextgen schedule.

The Fellowship year runs from May to March.

The year includes four weekend events, one week-long seminar in Ottawa, and monthly Zoom Connects.

Fellows also arrange to meet once a month with their mentors via phone, Zoom, or in person.

Locations and topics may be subject to change.

By May 18, Applicants for the 2023/24 cohort will be notified regarding admission into the program.

May 26 - Welcome and Introduction

June 15 - Zoom Connect (7pm-9pm EST)

July 21-July 23 - NextGEN Weekend 1 (Topic: Vocation, Leadership and Flourishing. Location: Calgary, AB)

August 10 - Zoom Connect (7pm-9pm EST)

September 17-23 - NextGEN Seminar Week (Topic: A Biblical Vision for Culture, Government, and Public Life. Location: Ottawa, ON)

October 12 - Zoom Connect (7pm-9pm EST)

November 4-5 - NextGEN Weekend 2 (Topic: Public Theology for a Secular Age. Location: Hamilton, ON)

December 7 - Zoom Connect (7pm-9pm EST)

January 19-21, 2024 - NextGEN Weekend 3 (Topic: Life Lessons for Leaders. Location: Vancouver, BC)

February 15 - Zoom Connect (7pm-9pm EST)

March 15-17 - NextGEN Weekend 4 (Topic: Looking Forward: An Agenda for the Next Generation. Location: Halifax, NS)
